Here at RAIN Incubator, one of our overarching goals is to attract new talent to the biotech space. We believe the greater Pierce County and Tacoma areas are the perfect location for a booming biotech industry. With our mentorship and resources, Tacoma is the perfect place for a biotech hub worthy of its rich industrial history.

RAIN believes in empowerment through opportunity, by bringing accessible training, learning opportunities, and hands-on experience in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) we can achieve this!

As a nonprofit organization originated, built, and staffed by Tacoma residents, giving back to our community is crucial at RAIN! Our goal is to mentor and support Pierce County residents in their efforts to build and work in impactful biotech companies located right here in Pierce County. By helping to develop the Tacoma workforce and economy, RAIN hopes we can be a force for good on every level.
