It isn’t enough to just attract existing biotech talent to Pierce County. RAIN believes in empowerment through opportunity. By bringing accessible training, learning opportunities, and hands-on experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, we can achieve this! Our goal is to give back to our community. One way we do this is by focusing on upcoming talent in our own backyard.
